I’ve been going to Cavka for years now, and I leave satisfied and in such a good mood EVERY time. The staff, dentist, dental assistants, & hygienists are all amazing & incredibly friendly. This office runs smoothly and efficiently. They are quick to seat you, treat you, and checking you out. I will continue going to this office as long as possible. I recommend this Dental office over any other in Jacksonville!

I have been to Dr Cavka’s office 3 times, for cleaning and for root canal and permanent crown placement. I cannot even tell which tooth was replaced with a crown because it feels, and looks, so natural ! . I am most impressed with the CLEAN , professional office that is decorated attractively and with its high-tech equipment. Dr Cavka herself, the front desk staff and hygienists are always pleasant, professional and responsive to the customer’s slightest request or concern. The front desk staff always sends reminder texts for appointments and they respond to your EMAILS promptly. What more can I say??

I moved to Jax in 2002 and been to a few dental centers. I started going to Dr. Cavka’s center since last year – have to say – this is the best dentist office I had ever been to. Dr. Cavka and her staff are highly professional, friendly and very efficient. They never made me wait, always attend on time get the cleanings and checkups done without waste of any time. They always provide the estimates in writing and never any surprises. I used to joke with my doctors when they say “good seeing you” by saying “sorry I can’t say the same to you”. But, Dr. Cavka’s center is an exception, thou it’s a dentist place 🙂 I feel good going and getting the necessary care.

I’m so grateful to have found such a patient and caring staff. I was really nervous that there would be a lot of pain and that my new smile would look fake..but I’m glad to report I was wrong. Not only did the staff make me comfortable but my smile looks beautiful but natural. I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad I can finally smile again. thanks for taking my fears and self consciousness away and replacing it with confidence. I highly recommend you try Cavka for all your dental needs!!!!!!

Hands down best dental care I could have asked for. I did research on my procedure and costs so when they were presented up front with my treatment plan there were no surprises. Sharena and Jessica were both kind and thoroughly explained each process and timeline expectations, very transparent. I’ll be honest… I hadn’t seen a dentist in years due to some inner shame. A violent ex chipped multiple front teeth years ago and you can imagine how I felt going to job interviews, doing meetings, outings back when the world was open etc. I found this place purely through reviews and shared this story with the person who scheduled my first appt on the phone (in tears actually) and she reassured me that I would be well taken care of. The check-in process was very safe, and the time it took to get my permanent crowns molded and temporary crowns placed was SUPER quick. Dr. Cavka (and everyone on her team!) is efficient and very knowledgeable and I plan to take my daughter here as well because I trust we will feel safe and welcomed. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me start to get my smile back.

I’ve been a patient of Cavka Dental Center for over a year and while I rarely write reviews I felt this one warranted. My visit today was for a 6 month checkup wIth x-rays and cleaning. Clare is gentle and professional and explained every step taken during my visit. After my x-rays were completed Dr. Cavka reviewed then came in to discuss and identify similarities and differences since the last record. I appreciate the safety precautions the staff is taking and they are ALWAYS helpful and friendly!!!

Thanks to Cavka Dental team my 68 year old teeth are still in my mouth. Dr. Cavka has been responsible for my dental health since I moved to Florida in 2010. She has fixed many of my problem teeth with crowns that look and feel better than my original teeth. Her team manages my overall dental health with routine appointments for cleaning and exams. I will never need to go to dentures because of the care I receive. At 68 years old the only teeth I’m missing are two of my wisdom teeth otherwise I still have a mouthful. There is never a feeling of being pushed into any additional services that I don’t want or need. Love all the ladies that work there. I always look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Cavka changed my life with my new smile! I’ve had many dental problems throughout my life, I came to a point where at the age of 48 I was made to believe by other dentists that my only option was a removable dentures, both for my top and bottom teeth. I was not willing to accept this solution and spent many years suffering through awful tooth aches until I was referred to Cavka Dental Center. Even though my case was extremely complex Dr. Cavka accepted me as a patient and provided me with many solutions, not just a removable dentures as many other dentist suggested prior to Dr. Cavka. With Dr. Cavka’s amazing work I now have permanent implants that not only improved my appearance but most importantly relieved all my pain. I highly recommend this office to anyone because Dr. Cavka is the best dentist and her staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and make sure you are taken of at every visit.

In 2017, I was very unhappy with my previous dentist whom I had been a patient of for over 10 years. I had lost several teeth over those years and was very unhappy with both my bite and my smile. Low and behold, in steps Dr. Aida Cavka of Cavka Dental Center and Dr. Michael Fetner of Fetner and Hartigan. They both transformed my smile and I am now have the ability to enjoy all foods again. This office is just awesome! From the front office staff to the dentist. My husband recently had an awful experience at another dental office (Aspen Dental on Blanding Blvd). I called Cavka and they got him the same day to take a look at the work that was done. Saying Aspen botched his procedure is being very kind. He is in the process of getting new implants through Cavka Dental and the difference is night and day! Not only do they look a thousand times better then expected, but they are compassionate to his prior experience and are doing everything to help him/us through the process. I do have to give a huge THANK YOU to Dawn, she is absolutely wonderful! Cavka Dental is going to be our new family dentist for life. From the first time I went to Cavka Dental Center, I knew I had found my family’s new dentist for life! From beginning to end, my experience at Cavka Dental Center was exceptional. The staff was incredibly warm, knowledgeable and made my care their highest priority. Dr. Cavka is a caring, honest and compassionate dentist who takes her time with each patient and explains every step of the oral procedure you are having. Clean, professional, caring, and fun. The staff is excited to help, really easy to communicate with, and they’re always smiling! It makes a pleasant experience going to the office. On top of that, the dental care is excellent. Dr. Cavka is very knowledgeable and her hygienists are thorough. You feel like you are person being cared for there, not a number they are pumping out. I am a regular patient of Dr. Cavka and her staff for about 3 years now. They are all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Quite frankly, my teeth were a mess when I started seeing them. All my dental issues were addressed, while at the same time, my insurance was utilized fully to minimize the impact on my wallet. Their location on St. Johns Bluff Rd. is very convenient. I have been quite happy with dental care I have received there and look forward to my next check up.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cavka and her team!! I have been going to Cavka Dental since it opened and have never had a bad experience, which is impressive as I have unfortunately required quite a bit of dental work. The clinic is beautiful, the staff helpful, communication excellent, and the team extremely efficient and thorough. Recently, I made the decision to pursue crown veneers. I did a lot of research and coordinated Dr. Cavka who patiently listened, answered my long list of questions, and addressed any concerns that I had. Telling you I was nervous through the process is an understatement, I have had some bad experiences with dentists prior to becoming a patient at Cavka Dental and those are hard to shake. Dr. Cavka talked me though the whole process, step by step, and eased my anxiety every step of the way. She worked fast and efficiently, minimizing my discomfort throughout the entire process. Now, I LOVE my smile!! Dr. Cavka did an AMAZING job! She put the time and energy into making it perfect, paying attention to the smallest detail. It looks natural and has really skyrocketed my confidence. I went to my first appointment with the Cavka Dental Center today and I was very satisfied with my visit. I was encouraged to fill out the paperwork online before my initial visit to cut down on wait time in the waiting room and possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus. When I arrived at the parking lot I called informing the front I was there and they immediately asked me to go in the office where all the staff were wearing masks. With in a few minutes I was taken by the very polite dental hygienist who proceeded to take X-rays while keeping me informed of what she was doing at all times. She then started working on my teeth while the doctor was finishing up with her last patient. Doctor came and explained to me the results of my X-rays, the problem areas she found and her recommendation in a professional yet using understandable (not big fancy textbook) words. When I hear dentist I hear drilling in the background, but I must say any discomfort in my visit was minimal which made my visit all the more enjoyable so I really would recommend Cavka Dental Center to anyone.

Dr. Cavka is amazing. She is both skilled and kind. The office is clean AND pretty, and literally every person working there is professional and makes you feel like you’re the only person they’ve talked to all day. Also, I had to get two fillings here last year. One of them turned out less than ideal (something Dr. Cavka says rarely happens but I usually have poor luck lol) and she fixed it free of charge!! I am so grateful. They also dealt with me extremely graciously when I sent them a not so nice email about it. I have been coming here for almost a year and will continue to do so as long as I live in Jax!!! Thank you Cavka Dental Center – y’all are the best!!

If you are looking for a kind, caring and compassionate dentist that has your best interest at heart Dr. Cavka is the one for you. Her and her staff are amazing! They offer evening appointments which allow me to not always have to take off work for a cleaning. The office is clean, inviting, state of the art, and they provide Wi-Fi while you are waiting. I have had a range of issues such as candida, mouth ulcers and burning mouth syndrome and they have been so supportive through my frustration of dealing with these oral problems. I just had my first cleaning in over a year (I could not have the cleaning while I had candida) and it went so smoothly and Clare did an excellent job. Dawn is so sweet and she has shared her knowledge with me of different things that could help my symptoms, I tried them and they did! Dr. Cavka was also able to tweak my retainer and adjust it so it does not hit the ulcer when I put it in. When I left I felt like my mouth had experienced a spa day and I have never felt that way leaving the dentist before. I am a Navy wife and have seen many dentist over the years and used to get anxious about going to appointments. With Dr. Cavka and her staff I look forward to seeing them and know my concerns will be addressed and my oral health is in good hands. Thank you for your kindness – Jenny
