So I bought a dustbuster at our local Walmart. Before I could use it I became very ill and when I finally opened the box I realized there was no charger inside. Happy that I still had my receipt, I went back to Walmart. They refused to take it back. This isn't the first time Walmart has done this to me. It was beyond the time for returns but the unit was obviously brand new never used. I came home disappointed, frustrated, and once again vowing to never shop at Walmart. Let me stop and say that I have owned many Black & Decker products throughout the years. I've never had a problem. They've always excelled in whatever they were purchased for.

My brand new dustbuster, unfortunately, was useless. I emailed Black & Decker. To be honest, I really didn't expect much because I knew the fault of there being no charger most likely was not because of them. I did notice a little piece of tape on the box when I purchased it, and I think it was returned and put back on the Shelf without being checked for all the parts. That would be Walmart, not Black & Decker. The email form I filled out said somebody would be in touch with me.

I've never contacted Black & Decker before, but usually when companies say that it takes a while. It was late at night, I did not expect a response at that time. I was so surprised. They got right back to me. Immediately they got to the question of what happened. I told them. Again, immediately I was sent another email asking my name, home address, telephone number, model number of the dustbuster and I think a couple of other things. They also asked me for a picture of the receipt. I couldn't find it. I looked everywhere. I looked at my car, my pockets, just everywhere. It was nowhere to be found. I had begun to think that Black & Decker was going to do something good for me with the dustbuster.

Now, with no receipt, all of those happy thoughts were gone. I was just going to be out $40+. Not so. When I told Arnold,, (the Black & Decker online employee that was helping me) that I thought I might have left the receipt on the counter at Walmart when I was trying to return the item I couldn't see him, but I want to say he didn't bat an eye. He took the rest of the information, made sure it was the right model, and told me they would be sending me out a replacement. I couldn't be more surprised nor more happy. It's been a rough several years in every area. Physically and financially included.

In 2 weeks, more or less, I will have either a new dustbuster with a charger, or even just a charger would be great. This was all taken care of in the wee hours of the night, and took maybe two hours. I think it would have been faster had I not delayed, looking for the receipt. I'm more than satisfied with the customer service.

I am more than satisfied with all of the products that I have had throughout the years. There has been a lot and not 1 has disappointed. My husband had many Black & Decker products as well. We've never had a complaint. Now after all these years, still no complaint. Their customer service is way above the bar. Even through email, Arnold presented as friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I think they're doing a great job over there. I can't thank them enough for making quality products and having quality customer service and quality employees. I would recommend their products and their company to everyone. Actually, I probably have in the past. I would recommend them to my family. My grown children. That right there is really saying something because, well because it's my children.

I contacted Black & Decker to purchase a battery & charger. I'm told the parts are obsolete. I will NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER BLACK & DECKER PRODUCT!!

It's a bunch of crap the company can't stand behind their products & make parts available to purchase!!!!

My husband and I have been married for 33 years. When we were in year one of marriage, a friend shared her love of her mini chopper. My husband purchased one for me as a Christmas gift. I STILL use it and it works great. It’s easy to complain when something goes wrong, but this Black & Decker mini chopper has gone above and beyond!! Very impressive.

Black and Decker toaster oven is great. I can toast, broil or bake. It’s easy to clean and last well and also good looking appliance. I highly recommend the Black +Decker brand and it lasts forever. You won’t regret getting this brand.

The gift card was stolen and they refused to give me my money back. Would never use again or recommend to anyone ever! This is ridiculous that customer service doesn’t care about any of this and expects that we have to lose money for their hacks!

This review is for the poor, outsourced customer service, nonexistent 1 year warranty, and my bad experience with BLACK+DECKER EM031MB11 Digital Microwave Oven. Purchased on Jun 14, 2021 for $108 on Amazon. I knew I should have returned this microwave the first day I got it. This microwave causes a lot of condensation/water drips upon microwaving anything, wet or dry. The water drips are a problem as it covers the top, dripping into the food, and forms from the inside section of the door. It's also a pain because you are required to wipe it clear within every use, otherwise it starts to develop bad smells as you wait for the drips to dissipate.

I have owned many microwaves, never experienced. I reached out to customer service (which is outsourced to a 3rd party called Midea) for a fix, exchange or refund. They did not offer a solution for the issue. They did nothing. They claim this is normal for microwaves; that is unacceptable. It is a lie to the consumer to claim that microwaves behave this why. If that's "normal" for your microwave, then your product is built very poorly. We couldn't take it anymore after 4 months, so we purchased a Toshiba EM131A5C-SS to replace it (great quality, highly recommend).

Do not trust the one year warranty. This is clearly a lie based on this review and others who experienced similar issues. Another issue I have with this microwave is it's incredibly loud - both the door upon closing it and the heating. The door push latch is hard to push. Not only am I disappointed in this microwave, but Black and Decker's poor customer service shows their lack of care for their customers. I have lost all trust with Black and Decker completely from this experience.

This is the best hand-held vacuum that I have ever purchased. It is small and easy to handle, store and use. The design of the wand makes reaching into those crooks and crannies easy and the power pulls all the debris out into an easy to open, empty and clean chamber. It is equipped with a lithium rechargeable battery that keeps it ready when you are. Having the right tool for the job make every man a pro. This is the right tool for cleaning the car, the stairs, and all of the other places the upright will not reach.

Great cordless vacuum cleaner, easy to charge and use. Lightweight and convertible to compact size. I bought it on Amazon and it was very affordable compared to several other brands. The charger charges the battery very fast. The charge stays for 40 mins on high speed mode.

Product number BESTA510, this was a great trimmer with lots of power; however it barely lasted one season. I purchased it a year ago and it worked through last summer and fall, however when I plugged it in for the first time this spring I got zero response from pulling the power trigger (and yes, I checked the power supply). To make things worse, the "certified B&D service centers" are a joke so trying to get this thing fixed is a major hassle.

Outstanding, never a problem. Works perfectly every time. Cooks completely. Easy to clean. Looks good in the kitchen. I can't recommend Black & Decker's model #EM925ACP-P1 more. Completely satisfied???.
